RESPONSIBILITIES:•Entering input data using IWS with excellent speed along with precision•Having Medibank as one of the main clients, my primary task is to partially or fully close members’ accounts who decided to switch to another health insurance using SAP•Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits•Comply with data integrity and security policies

RESPONSIBILITIES • Chasing debt by telephone and email and reducing debtor days• Processing EFT and credit card payments• Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances• Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements• Ensuring that overseas suppliers are paid within the term• Matching and verifying overseas suppliers’ invoices• Requesting for backup documentation from the suppliers on unverified invoices• Intercompany Reconciliations• Bank Reconciliations• Monitoring closely ledgers’ accounts• Reconciling foreign currency transactions • Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations• Investigating and resolving queries related to non-payment of invoices• General data entry
