As one of the two founders of Exquadrum, I am involved in all aspects of the company, from innovation development to corporate governance. I head the Dynamic Systems Division which encompasses engineering design and analysis, fabrication and manufacturing, and characterization and testing. My dual role as the COO has me overseeing the company's business operations, industrial security, and safety personnel.

I was elected to public office in Hesperia in November and was sworn into office in Decemeber 2012. The term is part-time and lasts four years. The City Council members conduct the business of the City of Hesperia recognizing that the stewardship of the public interest is of primary concern; working for the common good of the people of Hesperia; and assuring fair and equal treatment of all persons, claims and transactions coming before the City Council, City Council Committees, and City Council established Boards and Commissions.

The vote of the City Council made it official that I am the new Mayor of the City of Hesperia. Congratulations go out to our outgoing Mayor, Thurston "Smitty' Smith, who has served in the role of Mayor in the past and who is moving on from elected service on the Hesperia City Council. I look forward to serving the great people of Hesperia in my new role and responsibility.

The Planning Commission is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the City Council regarding the General Plan, the Development Code and approving land subdivisions. It promotes the coordination of local plans and programs with other public agencies.
