HRSG Mechanical Team Supervisor (Contract)• Inspection and the repairing of the exhaust expansion joint to the HRSG and the repairing guillotinedumper and the replacement of diverter damper seals• Running of electromagnetic test on all the superheater tubes ( HP superheater tubes, LP superheatertubes, Evaporator tubes, and the economizer tubes).• Fabrication of all the damage hatch flanges and welded all the cracks.• Cleaning of the stack and all the four stages of the superheater manholes.• Testing, cleaning, and plugging of the condenser tubes with probes, projectors, and water and theremoval and installing of the waterbox anodes.• Checking the alignments and the cleaning of the close cool water pumps and motors and the strainersas well, maintenance on the priming pumps, motors, exchangers, and changing of gaskets as well.• Reading of the HRSG pipes and superheater tube drawings.

Responsible for the maintenance of hot mix asphalt and managing equipment of the asphalt plant.Diagnose mechanical issues as they arise and coordinate or complete necessary repairs.Communicating with the asphalt plant operator when it is time for maintenance, greasing and oil changing or top up.Rebuilds or installation of motors, grind valves, vibrator, nipples, filter pads, replace and repairs the main bearingsRepair truck tires and lubrication (greasing and oil changing, prepare records and reports on work accomplished, proper  inspection on the compressor, repairs transmission universal joints and differential.

I was a full time mechanical assistant to GE Company specialist at the maintenance department for assembling and disassembling of the Turbine machine of both the Gas and the Steam turbine.
