This work includes publication and printing including ebook and custom software development to be used for maintenance performance and implementation.For Builders and Developers, ProTec inspections help to document construction progress (Project Photo Documentation Report), help to identify issues that need to be corrected before turning phases over to an Association (Pre-Turnover Inspection), photo-document the actual turnover walkthrough (HOA Common Area Turnover Report) and provide information on the condition of the property while you are still within your structural warranty period, years 2 through 10 (Deferred Maintenance Inspections).

Using my construction expertise in various roles with the company I worked on several projects from entry level multifamily to luxury estate homes at The Bridges in Rancho Santa Fe.
