For ProTec I worked as consultant for Developers and specialized in document production for developers, builders, corporations, and homeowner associations including; Facilities Maintenance Manuals, Homeowner Association Maintenance Manuals, Homeowner Manuals, Community Maps, Manufactured Product Manuals, Custom Maintenance Checklists, and Custom Inspection Reports. This work includes publication and printing including ebook and custom software development to be used for maintenance performance and implementation.For Builders and Developers, ProTec inspections help to document construction progress (Project Photo Documentation Report), help to identify issues that need to be corrected before turning phases over to an Association (Pre-Turnover Inspection), photo-document the actual turnover walkthrough (HOA Common Area Turnover Report) and provide information on the condition of the property while you are still within your structural warranty period, years 2 through 10 (Deferred Maintenance Inspections).

At Greystone Homes/Lennar I held various positions in for the original San Diego Homebuilding Division in Carlsbad. Using my construction expertise in various roles with the company I worked on several projects from entry level multifamily to luxury estate homes at The Bridges in Rancho Santa Fe. From buyout, to Operations both on-site and in the office, and even in post closing warranty service. This office was eventually closed during the great recession.
