Responsible for leading the team(s) and processes necessary to develop the sale of Energy Services projects to the ultimate satisfaction of the client. Responsibilities include working with clients and office team members on scope development, overall acquisition strategy, estimating, and contract development for performance contracts, complex turnkey and other energy focused contracting offerings. This position requires mastery of acquisition, technical aptitude and project management skills. >Conducts field survey work and establishes current condition of facility >Leads concept development associated with various engineering projects>Leads client discussions to determine building/process status and future desired state>Utilizes market knowledge and creativity to develop energy conservation measures (ECM’s)>Communicates design vision and leads design team to estimate and fulfill project ECM’s; estimate, propose and construct>Coordinates and oversees the co-development of technical solutions with external partners>Assists account managers in properly qualifying opportunities>Leads a design team in project development, acquisition, and fulfillment of energy based projects>Supports the development of written scope of work for formal proposals, estimating and contractual purposes>Participates in the risk mitigation review of energy guarantees>Leads the technical analysis of facilities and their usage to determine creative solutions and savings opportunities>Participates and supports sales with customer presentations of technical findings>Effectively documents and communicates proposed scope of projects for the purpose of soliciting accurate sub-supplier estimates.

Responsible for controls sales in the design and construction, owner direct, and performance contract markets for the Lexington territory.

Provide applications engineering and technical support for a list of direct and indirect customer accounts including building owners, consulting engineers, architects, mechanical contractors, general contractors, and construction managers. Understand customers' needs and find solutions that utilize Harshaw Trane's services. Regular responsibilities include applications engineering, equipment selections, equipment pricing, and complex system design.

Member of the DDC controls team in the Black and Veatch Nuclear Power Plant division. Responsible for creating and revising graphical controls programing design documents.
