Support Program Managers at customer meetings and assist APQP activities at Century Mold plants. Obtain quotes as needed for tooling, Gage's, and validation testing. Attend tooling trials, gage R&R's and plant line trials. Help manage tooling transfer programs and assist with PPAP documentation. Review layout data and verify dimensional correlation between trial shop and home line plant. 3-D print sample parts, and CMM holding fixtures. Check overall part geometry with Romer arm laser scanner.

Develop injection molded and blow molded assemblies for automotive, heavy truck, and industrial customers. Working with windsheild washer bottles, HVAC ducts, and injection molded interior components. Coordinating program timing, sample runs, developing mold and secondary tooling, and verifying completion of PPAP documentation. Also working on process optimization projects, as means of cost reduction.

Fulltime postion at machine shop that designs, develops, and cuts gearing. Gears range from a few inches in diameter to 400 inches in diameter. The shop is capable of cutting almost any type of gearing including worm, bevel, and helical gears. Customer applications range from military, construction equipment, industrial, and automotive. I operated a Mazak CNC machine to turn castings into blanks - before the gear teeth are cut into them. I have also run broaching equipment, deburred gears and helped in the shipping department.

Provide technical support to customers. Managed projects including development of injection molded connectors and specifying existing metal clamps for customer applications. Also helped develop throttle body quick connect for charged air duct asssembly used on GM Diesel applications.

Develop injection molded Integral and Remote Power Steering Reservoirs for Chrysler, GM and Nissan applications. Performed tolerance stack-ups, set up GD&T, coordinated designs and created prints. Coordinated validation testing with DVP&R's, maintain DFMEA's, BOM's and generated ECR's. Also managed tooling transfers of lift gate and grab handle assemblies between Key Plastics locations. Worked with injection molded components, metal brackets, filters, o-rings and rapid prototyping.

Represent MPC at customer meetings and communicate customer expectations back to MPC headquarters in WI. Develop automotive products such as engine covers, oil caps, coolant fill tube assemblies, evaporative emissions assemblies, PCV and oil fill tube assemblies.

Developed automotive products such as harness assemblies for crankcase ventilation, fuel vapor recirculation, make-up air applications and electric battery cooling assembly. Also maintained component guide database of MPC injection molded connectors. Worked with extruded tubing, injection molded connectors, and rubber molding.
