I function effectively as an internal consultant for Oracle Directs 1600 person inside sales force. I work with all of the hubs focused on sales into the US and Canada, including our India and Argentina hubs. I put together a Sales Enablement team based out of Bangalore to help sales productivity and am chief advisor the new the Sales Rep Development Manager (SDM) team being built out to focus on decreasing ramp time and methodically upleveling the OD sales force. Through my efforts I have identified and prioritized best practices and challenges across the sales force and am implementing systemic changes to address them.
