Lead Business Banking division, overseeing 800 colleagues in support of over 350,000 business banking clients. Management of all Business Banking sales, credit (including SBA), operations, risk, product management, strategy and digital partnership teams. Work closely with market leadership throughout the 27 regions of the organization, offering solutions and financial expertise to small and mid-sized companies across the company’s footprint. This includes leading the entire bank's Paycheck Protection Program (2020-2022), where I managed 2,000 M&T Bank employees. Empower 8,000 colleagues in support of our clients, community and one another as regional president of the company’s headquarter market.Initiatives Include: Developed 'Community Impact Week' Initiative at M&T Bank, where over 1,600 WNY colleagues volunteered over 3,500 hours to dozens of organizations on the one year anniversary of the 5/14 domestic terrorist attack.

Managed the strategy, sales enablement, analytics, risk and marketing teams for the entire Commercial Bank. Worked closely with bank's Regional Presidents and Commercial EVPs on strategic sales initiatives, M&A transactions and customer satisfaction.

Led strategic initiatives for management consulting firm that was going public. Facilitated customer and employee growth initiatives, increasing consulting team members from 200 to 1,400 in under two years. Spent two months in Barcelona, Spain leading due diligence and integration efforts ahead of $1B acquisition of Europe/South American consulting firm.

Worked under Corporate Finance/M&A Partners on several multi-billion dollar transactions. Conducted analysis for transactions, led golden parachute calculations for several deals and met regularly with investment bankers and clients.
