He is happy with the opportunity given to work again at Restaurant Marnemoende and sustain financial resources to still pursue his dream.At this highly recommendable restaurant with its harbour just outside the city of IJsselstein, he shares responsibility for managing the large terrace with approx. 150 seats and works with the finest products and wines in the French/Dutch cuisine restaurant above. This position will give Eric exposure to the day-to-day challenges in a high-standard restaurant business, more subject to seasonal influences than before and where extensive knowledge of the chef's menu and extensive wine list is crucial.

In this position, Eric is responsible for day-to-day business at this popular bar/restaurant in IJsselstein (NL), that provides full lunch and dinner services, including outside terrace and bar. The opportunity to work in this environment will expose Eric to all elements that are key to be able to run a similar kind of business independently in the (near) future...

Represents the Global Applications department in APO and EMEA, being responsible for customer relations and the business applications development, maintenance and support operations in these regions.
