As President of Normandie Management, LC, my role is to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations for the organization, which in-turn manages the many properties within my real-estate portfolio.

Member of one of Commerce CRG's largest producing teams. Specialized in the acquisition and sales of Office and Multi-Family properties. Though I only spent a short time at Commerce CRG, the contacts, clients and ultimately the knowledge that I gained there as a broker, I credit with the later success I would experience as an owner of multiple Multi-Family properties.

Managed and lead dealership sales team. Tasked with hiring, motivation and performance of sales staff. Created annual dealership sales forecasts for new and used sales departments.

Co-Founding member of this unique start-up company. Managed, lead and grew sales team. Increased company revenue from $0 to 2.2 million ARR in 4 years. Led marketing and promotion efforts for the company.

Investor and venture partner. Tasked with identification, cultivation and maintenance of investor relations. Assisted in brokering the merger between Sensar Corporation and Net2wireless, and saw the company go public on the NASDAQ in 1999, under ticker symbol SCII. Ultimately Sensar Corporation was acquired by Vitalstream in early 2001.

Responsible for the purchasing and importation of technical climbing and outdoor equipment from around the world. Negotiated international partnership deals and worked to cultivate relationships with current vendors. Maintained and managed technical climbing and equipment warehouse inventory. Tasked with booth design and presentation of product for all trade shows. Planned and created Liberty Mountain's annual catalog. Developed LM's Athlete Program, which attracted some of the most accomplished climbers and mountaineers in the Outdoor Industry.
