Worked to develop and implement a strategy for the ECC Global Training and Document repository. The project utilized the existing network shares adding additional functionality and key enhancements to navigation. The global document repository incorporated specific modules for new starters, incident managers and key training projects (Train me). The technology utilized included SharePoint and HTML. A large part of the Internship was spent closely working with infrastructure groups and attending global infrastructure training on key areas such as IT Security and Web Infrastructure. It also enabled key business training for SWAP and Settlements.
