• Managed and planned client investment portfolios including Mutual and Segregated Funds, Annuities and other insurance products. Established enhanced retirement, wealth and estate plans.• Prepared and implemented financial security plans including Life, Disability, Critical Illness, and Grouped Employee Insurance.• Initiated tax shelters via insurance products, including Guaranteed Investment Options at industry leading rates.

• Training and developing all new advisors within the Toronto Financial Centre using industry leading plans, processes and tools. Subject matter expert regarding presenting, leading and coaching throughout the Career Start Program to prepare advisors for personal production. Building additional training aids for internal use to assist specific learning styles throughout advisors’ development.• Mentoring and coaching through various leadership styles the ongoing development of all advisors under 2 years within the Financial Centre, as well as those above 2 years in need of additional support.• Organizing and maintaining weekly training programs involving members of the management team as well as product specialists. Facilitating and mediating business builder meetings with advisors 4 years and under.• Participating in recruiting and selecting of new candidates. Communicating with and supporting team members in ensuring programs are run as efficiently and effectively as possible, and that new advisor transition is as smooth as possible.• Assisting in the development of various online training modules used throughout the company. Participating in multiple pilot projects prior to the launch of various components of current Career Start Program curriculums.• Lead Promoter of the Toronto Financial Centre and Freedom 55 Financial within the branch with various volunteer programs such as Junior Achievement, Hockey Helps the Homeless and Unity. Guest speaker and volunteer for Unity and Youth In Motion.
