Hired onto the Culture & Communications team to assist with technology transition to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platform with an Oracle backend for data management. Worked withthird-party IT company and internal stakeholders to map workflows, participated in QA testing in sandbox environment, attended wireframe demos, reviewed Business Requirements Documents, and submitted reports on functionality and usability. Documented internal policy and procedure, tested processes, and facilitated change management across approximately 5,000 impacted team members. Document library was published on an internal server from the role of website administrator,using the Content Management System (CMS) SAP Jam, which transitioned to WorkZone, requiring extensive data migration.Routinely collaborated with Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers through the task tracking platform Wrike, bringing projects from the conceptualization phase through to publishing. Communication skills were a key attribute, as projects touched on any number of business areas, and required regular investigation into policy and procedure of obscure or uncommon workflows.Storyboarding, script writing, voice over recording, and interactive design all utilized in the creation of eLearning content and tutorial videos for training and onboarding. Focus on engagement and retentionof information, using a multimedia approach with ADA and multi-lingual accessibility as a priority.
