COO for a Security Solutions startup spun out of AOS to a separate organization, under the name Evertect and under the leadership of Duncan Alexander (CEO) and Eric Foster (COO). Evertect focused on security consulting services and specialized in regulatory compliance and best practices consulting, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, NIST and ISO 27001 / 27002. We built a world-class Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Consulting division focused primarily on the RSA Archer GRC solution. Under my direct leadership, Evertect achieved 3MM in services revenue and 113% of quota in our first year, dramatically exceeding expectations. The success of the first year led to significant expansion of the Evertect business plan. In 2013, Duncan Alexander, Robert Ash, and Eric Foster were charged with architecting a new organization, and under our combined leadership expanded Evertect to a full-fledged consulting practice, which was later absorbed back into the AOS parent company under the name AOS Consulting.
