Sole network administrator to maintain the entire corporate network including remote offices in Switzerland, Germany, and California. I was also to maintain corporate Microsoft Exchange environment that required 100% up-time due to the multiple timezones and being a global company. I also provided tier 3 support for all of the backup products specializing in Exchange Server, Remote Backup Service Providers, Active Directory, Linux backup and recovery. I was always the goto person for the the sales team when they needed a technical person to assist with the sale.
