Across 200+ team members and multiple cities I delivered strong revenue growth, improved cost efficiency, and built a strong, people-first culture.Before Foxtrot, I led e-commerce, M&A, and strategy for a leading natural foods manufacturer. Under my leadership we more than doubled our online business and I also helped lead sales, operations and strategy work to turn around our US business. Prior to that I was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where I was a leader in our Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail practices, focusing on sales and marketing improvement.
