I enjoy being part of this process and helping create a broader positive imprint. As an experienced Relationship Manager, I have expertise in Lending, Business Development and Team Leadership. I formerly, led a staff of Business Relationship Managers who oversaw a high-value portfolio made up of business account and lending relationships. I've also been a successful individual contributor in lending and other development categories and constantly looking to help companies with their growth or goals. My teams and I consistently delivered strong results and received recognition, but I’m most proud of the gratitude I received from my previous employees and team as it continues to remind me of the importance of transparent and supportive leadership. Especially in today's climate where we all need more compassion and kindness.Beyond my career, I have a wide range of passions and interests. I’m motivated to make a positive difference and have enjoyed supporting various organizations over the years that include One Tam, TransForm, St. Anthony's SF, Marin County Bicycle Coalition, Fork Union Military Academy. However, my true calling is being a "Dad". The best and most important role that I will ever need.
