As the Director Of Operations at Olberding Brand Family, I oversee a talented team of professionals who can create custom comps for all types of packaging, ranging from beauty and hero packaging, to shrink wrapped cans, labels, folding cartons, set-boxes, flexible packaging, influencer kits, product models, POP/POS displays, 3G CGI, and product renderings.In my current role, I leverage my skills in creative direction, branding, and identity to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the client's expectations, budget, and timeline. I also collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and design agencies, to optimize workflows, processes, and resources. Some of the highlights of my work include developing and executing packaging prototypes and mockups for major brands, such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Coty Cosmetics, L'Oréal, Chursh & Dwight and Anheuser Busch as well as designing and producing stunning product photography, CGI, and creative retouching. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.
