Eric is an MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute), a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE). He has performed valuations on an array of property types including conservation easements, office buildings, industrial buildings, sports arenas, shopping centers, hotels, rural land and subdivision land. Assignments performed had the following intended uses: estate tax/planning, financial reporting (ASC Topics 805, 350, 360 and 820), financing, litigation support/expert witness and charitable contribution ("Qualified Appraiser"). Eric was the Board of Director President for the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council (www.bhepc.org) in 2010 and has held many chairs with the Appraisal Institute.
