After 22 years, my biggest reward is seeing clients succeed after providing them with options and resources for their businesses. With a special focus on real estate, life sciences and professional services, I have knowledge in business consulting, audit and assurance and tax services. I work hard to serve clients’ needs and goals by providing them with different perspectives on running a company. For real estate clients, I can assist with strategizing all the way through to final assurance and reporting needs, including issues such as acquisitions and dispositions, equity rounds and refinancing. In life sciences, which often involve venture capital financing and innovative research and development, am instrumental in sophisticated financial reporting and tax analysis from company inception through several funding rounds and, frequently, the preparation needed to take a company public. These are long-term relationships that require timely and flexible strategies. In professional services, I also am very knowledgeable about corporate and pass-through considerations for tax planning, payroll, and compensation structures as well as nexus analysis. I earned my bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Babson College. I am on the board of a local nonprofit organization, Conquer Cancer Coalition.
