• Lead the IT Field Engineer team responsible for DPR's NorCal, Oregon, and Washington offices and jobsites• Coach and develop the performance of field engineers utilizing DPR's continuous improvement initiatives• Serve as a technical expert and first point of IT support escalation for Level 1/2 personnel• Manage office remodeling, new office setup, and jobsite mobilization technology implementation within Northwest region• Track and monitor resource performance to ensure service levels are met or exceeded on a quarterly and yearly basis• Ensure team’s adherence with established policies and procedures• Onboard new staff, including ensuring that all needed training is provided

• Analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including regional office network/videoconferencing equipment, employee laptops, and mobility devices in a timely fashion• Responsible for maintaining company security through established tools• Record, track, and audit equipment using an asset management system• Provide IT training during new hire orientations and provision assets following established best practices. Participate in software installations and upgrades, including, but not limited to SCCM and Intune
