I had the privilege of leading Operations and Credit for Laurel Road, a new and exciting division of KeyBank! Laurel Road is dedicated to aiding the determination and achievements of our customers by providing carefully crafted loans with low rates, personalized service, and streamlined processes enabled by technology. Our mission is to make the difficult road to success just a bit easier. Day to day responsibilities include overall first line credit management, underwriting, quality control, contact centers, capital markets and special projects.

• Responsible for business line commitment to transforming the Commercial Payments operating model, improving customer experience, revenue and margin growth• Leads national sales force delivering Treasury and Commercial Card services to businesses up to $10MM in annual revenue • Responsible for driving Client Success across our commercial payments business, including: - Directing process design and continuous improvement focused on driving client experience - Leading a team of Client Onboarding & Implementation specialists - Leading a team of dedicated Client Managers charged with client expansion and engagement

Responsible for identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities and implementation of new business initiatives and sales programming which includes: - directing a team of analysts to identify targeted client opportunities and new product capabilities - setting sales process and performance standards to drive increased sales - establishing a clear and efficient operating discipline - creating a reporting infrastructure to successfully manage the business - delivering sales tools, ongoing sales training, and marketing/communications support and drive teams
