Specifically the Program Manager for Fort Gordon GA, home of the Army’s Cyber Training Center, managing five (5) Cyber training contracts with over 74 personnel and a travel budget in excess of 300K .

Senior Executive Program Manager for the Army National Guard (ARNG) and National Guard Bureau (NGB) to the Commanding General and Staff of the U.S. Army Signal Center and Fort Gordon (SIGCEN). Directs, manages and coordinates all actions and issues pertaining to NGB and represents the Chief of NGB and Director of the ARNG at SIGCEN. Provided assessment and resolution of issues within the DOTMLPF environment. Reviewed POI’s and Critical Task Site Selection Board IAW with applicable regulations to include Army, TRADOC, NGB, and Fort Gordon 350 and 351 series regulations. Assisted senior signal leadership within the ARNG in the development of Courses of Action (COA’s) to refit ARNG units with new Joint Network Node equipment which required extensive training, fielding, and coordination prior to their Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) Operational Deployment. Instrumental in implementing the SIGCEN’s LandWarNet e-University to the Reserve Component Signal Regiment. Worked closely with the Directorate of Training (DOT) and RC units to establish Extension Campuses in RC Signal units and at Regional Training Sites (RTI’s). Effectively managed the Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) program ensuring quality representation of the ARNG at the Signal Center. Leverage Signal Center technologies for efficient and economic training within the ARNG. As Deputy Signal Brigade Commander performed all Program Management responsibilities and requirements in regards to the management of all administrative, safety, security, supply management, and public relations personnel and functions for a signal brigade sized headquarters as well as four (4) Signal Battalions spread out the state of South Carolina located at 11 different sites.
