Main results: - I executed for 20 months Operational Excellence project for Coopercitrus with relevant cost reduction, in the areas of Logistics of product transfer between branches, Fuel Retailer (TRR) and contracts with third parties. - I executed for 26 months Operational Excellence project for Coperdia with relevant cost reduction, restructuring commercial policy and contracts with third parties. - I carried out for 6 months value flow mapping project and survey of opportunities for process and quality improvement, in 4 animal feed factories for Coopercitrus.

Responsible for the governance and reference person of the Production and Supply System exerting direct influence on 80 employees, facilitating the unfolding of strategic planning and the execution of local operational improvement projects. Report to the leader of the Paracatu/MG factory and to the corporate area of excellence in manufacturing.Results:- I led and guided the discussions on the annual strategic planning of the factory, to unfold the goals and create the improvement projects, which was decisive to beat the goals of capacity and significant reduction of defects in the final product, generating relevant cost savings.- I restructured the internal network of implementation and support of the Production System, which resulted in the significant improvement of adherence to the annual implementation action plan, highlighting the maturity achieved, in relation to other factories.- I created and taught several trainings in structured problem solving for the operational and technical levels, with weekly monitoring and guidance, which led to the recognition by the LATAM production board of the best factory with deeper and more effective analyses.- I coordinated the project to simplify the local Production and Supply System, using SCRUM (agile methodology), which initially resulted in a 40% reduction of the meetings of the daily indicator management system, allowing greater focus on the operational sector and production.- Promoted, as a corporate leader of the practice of Teamwork, the theoretical and practical training on "Teamwork and Effective Meetings", for 50 beginners in the production system of Bayer's non-manufacture area. For this project I received the "Bayer + Valor" award, for the speed of preparation and for the excellence of the training, based on concepts of Andragogia, significantly changing the effectiveness and giving standardization for the meetings of this sector.

Guidance and implementation of projects aiming to increase sustainability of seed production, aiming conservation and rational use of natural resources, such as integrated pest management and irrigation management. Responsible for planning, consolidate and analyze results of all comparative tests between experimental and commercial hybrids for center of Brazil, which were run by a team of sales area. Make recommendations for market positioning of experimental hybrids during hybrid advancement meetings, as well as presentations at sales meetings. Participate in the implementation of "field days" and other events using the testing locations, and information from comparative tests,Conduct lectures on hybrid seed promotion events, as well as agronomy universities.

Shared management of breeding program with other breeders, working with a team of 5-20 people to make, seed preparation, sowing, irrigation, insect control, hand pollination, and harvest fields of maize inbred lines and hybrids.

Shared team management with other breeders of 6 technicians. Lead one of the corn breeding population programs to obtain intervarietal hybrids and lines for different types of hybrid programs. Lectures and technical training to farmers on seed production technology, and corn hybrid seed production.
