The core focuses of the business was on the U.S.A. multi dwelling unit (Apartment buildings and garden style residence) market place.My initial contract with Tri-Media was to be Director of Business Development. This quickly expanded to take on both Sales and Operations with the install of the first system to provide service to subscribers. This expanded role had me overseeing the majority of day to day activities for Tri-Media with clients and suppliers including creating all required documents for the BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada) to access additional funds.After the removal of the founding CEO, I was then responsibility for all day to day operations of Tri-media and worked with suppliers and clients to maintain services to subscribers.
