As President, North America at Placewise, I lead the charge in driving our operational, commercial, and strategic excellence throughout the region. My role involves cultivating an environment of innovation, customizing our offerings to meet the unique needs of the North American market, and empowering our clients to thrive and achieve their goals.

As Global COO, I lead our Operations teams in the US and Europe. This includes customer and project guidance for our client services, performance management and delivery teams. As the sole US-based member of the leadership team, I also oversee US regional team and office logistics.

• Lead a team of customer success managers that specialize in renewal and growth.• Implement automated Salesforce tasks and Salesloft cadences that expanded onboarding, account review and renewal touchpoints.

I had the rewarding opportunity to guide numerous brand, product and service campaigns targeted to both consumer and B2B audiences. Some of the notable contributions and skills include:• Directed a complete company rebranding. Project included developing new name and logo, positioning, website, and identity package. Established a new marketing and advertising program that helped total revenue increase by 43% in the first three years. • Played a key role in helping a client double its local brand awareness from 41% to 81%, all the while increasing revenue by more than half a billion dollars over a four-year period.• Managed and developed budgets and strategic marcom plans for campaigns and events focused on driving traffic and selling products. These integrated campaigns included developing and implementing creative across print, radio, TV, outdoor, cinema, and collateral.• Supervised editorial content development, copywriting, editing and proofreading, and design layout for multiple eNewsletters.

• Developed leads, researched and initiated cold calls, and conducted new business meetings.• Produced targeted media research strategies for sales team and account managers.
