With more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles at major technology-driven firms, I have a demonstrated track record of turning around underperforming organizations, driving both top-line growth and profitability, structuring mission-critical partnerships, winning new business with leading global corporations, and obtaining venture capital funding. As Vice President of Business Development at Radware, I revitalized an OEM relationship with Cisco in danger of being terminated, propelling revenues derived from Cisco from $400K to our current pipeline of $50M with $25M+ projected to close. I also spearheaded negotiations to successfully structure a lucrative revenue sharing model with Cisco (Radware was one of the few OEM partners to do so) and obtained numerous concessions from Cisco regarding change of control, limitation of liability, etc. As President & Chief Executive Officer at Asoka (a portfolio company of Venrock and Storm Ventures), I more than doubled annual sales to $16M+ at a positive margin, signed new customers including Century Link, Comcast, Swisscom, Enphase, and SunPower, and obtained $750K in investment from Swisscom Ventures at a $30M valuation.
