ERIC G. SOLLER is a partner with Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He serves as Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Eric concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and complex business litigation. He has successfully litigated numerous cases in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and Washington County, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.Mr. Soller has represented clients in a myriad of intellectual property litigation matters. He has also represented clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.He is admitted to practice in PA, NY and OH.From 2007 through 2013, Mr. Soller served as a Hearing Committee Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, for District 4. In addition, he is a founding member of the Western District of Pennsylvania Intellectual Property Inn of Court.Eric is a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. He is also a member of the St. Anthony Charitable Foundation Board, which aims to provide an academic course of studies and vocational training for students with developmental disabilities.
