Greenfield Waters is a real estate brokerage with a focus on luxury markets with properties in excess of five million dollars. My role handles the executive operations of the firm including but not limited to the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, forward looking projections, business development strategies, marketing, advertising, team leadership, sales training, and many other responsibilities. Goldbranch Capital consults and arranges various forms of business financing or strategic partnerships in the “creative consumer goods” categories. The most common financial products were asset based lending in nature, factoring, purchase order finance, revenue projected facilities, licensing, M&A deal sourcing, and general consulting to make sure the prospects are good fits to mitigate risk of repayment. Portfolio is currently closed for new clients unless prospect revenue is north of 10 million dollars and if we have special or unique interest in the deals. My responsibilities during peak operations of the firm including but not limited to the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, forward looking projections, syndication management, underwriting, business development strategies, team leadership, sales training, and many other responsibilities.As mentioned, the book is now closed so my responsibilities are purely financial in nature regarding long term residual income.

AmeriMerchant rebranded to Capify in 2015. They were one of the first "fintech" lenders and innovators of financial products based on speculating future revenue and recapturing payments automatically and originally through credit card processing with a portion of each swipe going towards repayment. This is not a loan but really a form of low security factoring and eventually the process evolved to collect these future receivables with a more structured pace through bank account deductions also keeping the product from being considered a loan. This process was revolutionary and AmeriMerchant / Capify is enshrined in the industry for historically overturning a usage patent from a competitor in court which opened up this entire industry. My value to the company was to develop and apply evolving financial products and hybrid concepts to demonstrate a higher value multiple of the company based on future revenue possibilities. Capify U.S. operations were successfully planned for acquisition by Strategic Funding Source (one of the top 10 funders by volume on deBanked 2016 Leaderboard) and acquired as planned and my role was completed.

The foundations of Bibby Line Group date back to 1807 when John Bibby began trading internationally on company owned ships in Liverpool. Their 200+ year history of private ownership within the same family is astonishing. This firm has an incredible past with notations from the time of Napoleon, financing the Harland & Wolff shipyard where the Titanic was built, and much more (please feel free to read the link to the company history attached below). Currently owned by Sir Michael Bibby, the operation is the largest privately owned international trade finance in the world. The Bibby Financial Services division at the time of my employment funded over 15 billion dollars of international trade for clients on our book annually with financials traditionally made available to the public. I was hired and successfully opened and ran the very first New York office for this incredible company offering factoring, purchase order funding, and asset based lending. Launching this massive well branded company into the highly competitive New York landscape was natural for me. My previous experiences included the wholesale trade of consumer goods which gave me an incredible advantage in communicating with prospects who quickly became clients due to the combination of the Bibby company with my interests and knowledge of how to finance their growing companies.
