Responsible for the daily reconciliation of a multimillion dollar mortgage clearing account and workflow creation for hundreds of associates.

Reported on a portfolio of reverse mortgage loans to institutional investors like Fannie and Ginnie Mae. Responsible for charting performance, balance reconciliations, importing new loan tranches into BOA systems and loan maintenance.
