The Global Market Manager will provide leadership and direction for the profitable growth of products and services to the Semiconductor market. Within the Semiconductor market, the Global Market Manager should understand the market details including: market opportunity/potential, customers and their needs, industry trends, product positioning and placement strategies, competitive product offerings, sales and pricing strategies, and develop and maintain positive relationships with customers within the market including OEMs, distribution channels and end users. The Global Market Manager will also own the product lifecycle and portfolio strategy for his/her respective market.

My position as Product Line Manager includes the following responsibilities:1) Sales of Electrical Slip Ring Product Line-Responsible for growth of global sales and optimizing profit of product line.-Manage all opportunities and interact with Global departments of Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Service.-Create and execute plans to grow existing customer relationships and penetrate new markets and customers.-Create presentations and proposals to support salespeople at key accounts.-Support global field sales including distributors and direct salespeople through development programs.-Set the requirements and guide the creation of global sales and marketing literature to promote sales.-Create and maintain A3's and presentations to show current sales, forecasted sales and market conditions to update company executives.2) New Product Development for Electrical Slip Ring Product Line-Develop and execute project plans that define business objectives, strategic goals and tactical activities to drive growth.-Develop and implement product line strategies to achieve profitable growth through new opportunities.-Recommend new products that support business growth, market penetration and increase diversification.-Create product development plans that include application requirements, target pricing and timelines to direct Engineering and Research and Development activities.Reports to Vice President of Sales and Marketing

My position as Product Engineering Manager includes 5 major responsibilities:1) Manage the Electric Slip Ring product line.-Develop new designs for customer proposals.-Determine costing for new designs for prototype and production lifecycles.-Develop short and long term goals for the product line.-Assist salespeople globally with presentation of proposals to customers.-Manage team of Engineers and Designers to support sales and manufacturing.2) Manage Engineering Standards for Global Engineering Department.-Develop, revise, and maintain design and drawing standards.-Train all global Engineering departments on standards.3) Agile PLM Administrator-Project Manager for implementing Agile PLM at all global facilities.-Administrate the system for 500 global users.-Lead projects to update the system periodically.-Lead projects to implement the system at any new divisions.-Troubleshoot any issues that arise.4) Trainer-Train all new employees on understanding and use of Engineering drawings.-Train all new employees on the use of the Agile PLM system.5) Recruiter-Manage the recruiting process of Engineering and Business majors at major universities including attending job fairs and on-campus interviews.Reports to Vice President of Engineering
