Thank you for your Interest in my profile.I have a bachelor's degree in computer science (B.Sc.) with specialization in embedded systems. After this I have done my masters in Electronics and Information Systems (M.Eng.) which consisted of regular studies and a large practical project in coorporation with Zahner-elektrik. During former and current jobs I gained practical experience in C++ and Qt, VHDL and Web related languages like Html, CSS, Javascript and PHP as well as MySQL. In studies and Internships I also worked with Java / JSP, C# and Assembly (8 Bit).Although I have done a lot of programming, I am very much interested in hard- and software codesign and embedded systems. In my master's thesis I worked on different prototypes for a FPGA-based controller platform for data processing and acquisition. I gained experience programming Xilinx and Altera FPGAs in VHDL. I worked with softcore CPUs like Microblaze and Nios II and eventually switched to Zynq with its built in ARM CPU running Linux. I connected a custom communications controller via AXI-Bus and wrote a basic linux driver.I would like to increase my skills on the hardware side. So far I only did simple digital circuits and gained basic experience in designing PCBs with KiCad. I have very less experience in analogue circuit design. I also would like to gain more experience in doing bigger projects in a team. I've done a internship in Bengaluru, India during my bachelors and really enjoy working in a multinational and multicultural environment.I'm very comfortable with learning new skills or technologies. Anyway I think this is a necessity in this field of work.
