My role involves analyzing key metrics and KPIs related to sell-in, sell-out, and execution across major retail companies in the country. This includes department stores, supermarkets, and traditional market customers. My focus is on optimizing brand presence and performance in these diverse retail environments.

Direct support to the Franchise Manager in the management and development of the business through the control of commercial and marketing KPIs of the Sparkling Soft Drinks Portfolio in all channels in the country, preparation of reports and preliminary analysis for decision making; in addition to active participation in the development, execution and maintenance of Business Cases such as Sugar Free, New Brands, Regional Plans and Packaging Introduction.Achievements:• Creation of Dashboards to accelerate the reading of many KPIs from multiple sources; as NSR (sell in & revenues), Nielsen (sell out & execution), Kantar (consumer panel), BGS (brand insights) and Pivots sent by Arca Continental Lindley (Bottler)• Leadership in brand and sales analysis meetings for Franchise Managers and Brand Managers, prior to their monthly results presentation routines.
