While I spent my childhood in a very homogeneous environment, my adult life has been all about immersing myself into different cultures and world views. I have personally traveled to over 40 countries and currently manage employees in 5 countries and 3 continents that represent over 20 different nationalities. 3) Technology blows my mind, but I’m here for it and embrace it completely. 4) I’m funny, but don’t ask for references. Massive proponent of a good laugh at work. 5) Failure-tolerant risk taker. I’m not afraid to make changes that could result in short term pain if it means the possibility of long-term success. Any pprocess that is not working now will not work any better tomorrow if you don’t change it today. 6) I’m a calm and pragmatic leader. I approach each situation methodically without placing blame or creating useless negativity.
