Lead sales operations for the arivis imaging software products in the US and Canadian markets. Developed new business, contracts, pricing, positioning, sales presentations, demonstrations, etc... Helped position new products and increase revenue over the previous years.

Sells and supports blood management solutions (Capital, disposables and software) into multiple hospital areas via an extremely complex sales process. Call points include trauma surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery, anesthesia, perfusion, laboratory, IT, ICU, and administration to help reduce surgical blood component usage and improve clinical outcomes. Builds new accounts while maintaining current clients.Educates physicians on benefits of real-time hemostasis diagnostic technology to change current surgical practice and create best practice protocols for hemostasis management. Develops Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to aid in maximizing territory product clinical awareness and increase product usage in current and new accounts.

Adding onto my clinical and scientific history with Olympus, I focused supporting our most advanced microscope and imaging systems, as well the rest of our entire lineup.

Working for Olympus America Inc., I handled outside sales, demonstrations, troubleshooting and full installations of highly complex microscopy equipment, computer hardware and imaging software. I helped over 800 clients in medical, biotech, research, academic and industrial accounts within a three-state territory: Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. Primary clients included pathologists, cytologists, laboratories, OR suites, scientific researchers, IT installation/implementation personnel, industrial quality assurance personnel, farmers, and mechanics.Each microscope system was custom tailored according to the clients exact scientific and mechanical needs, with over 90% of the systems including highly technical software suites. Sales included personally sitting down with each client, narrowing down a catalog of 15,000 mechanical parts in an easy to digest format. The correct software suite, modules and computer hardware was then correctly determined after hearing what was important to the client. After a sale was completed, I personally installed and supported each system, including the computer hardware and software. Each client was fully trained by me to their personal wishes and indefinitely supported thereafter.

Hitschfel Instruments was a small dealership for Olympus, until the owner retired. I operated core medical, research and industrial accounts in a three state territory, selling microscopy and imaging equipment. I sold, trained and installed hardware and software to scientists, researchers, pathologists, laboratories, cytologists, histologists, industrial quality assurance personnel, mechanics and professors in my area.
