Hey! My name is Eric. I'm a design generalist with a foundation in Service Design, Product Strategy and User Research.My work is rooted with a belief in creative technology. Through understanding both design and the technical world it must live within, I can shorten the feedback loop while also creating scalable experience that can adapt to our current landscape of digital products.I work at Restoration Hardware, spearheading the design of their new holistic experience for "World of RH". I am spearheading the construction of their new interactive experience and data strategy across all brands for their e-commerce platforms and sourcebooks.I head EHD Creative. A consultancy collective that focuses on bringing together creatives in order to provide professional design services to SMB's and Non-profit organizations. I created EHD in order to support organizations in need of design direction through research-backed problem solving, while also exploring new creative avenues/technologies with other creatives.I've worked alongside many organizations (Fortune 500, Startups, SMBs, Grassroots), constructing design strategy and platforms for growth. My hope is that I can continue to expand my design/research expertise in order to understand how I can create more effective experiences for my users.
