As a Technical Editor with a Scrum Master Certification, I am comfortable working in an Agile environment with rapid iterative and incremental development. This type of environment fully engages my military experience, project management experience, and Editorial and Writing experience. In the past, I have had a large and lasting impact on the efficiencies and successes of teams I have worked with.I have held and can re-qualify for a secret clearance.As a Lead Technical Writer, I view it as my responsibility to provide accurate and timely documentation for my customers. This includes much more than simply writing and editing, however. Strong interpersonal skills are needed to interview engineers in order to fully understand and thus be able to convey content. Motivation and drive are required to seek out efficiencies in program processes and propose changes to achieve them. Leadership is necessary to work with and propel a team to success.
