As Director of Engineering, I helped plan and execute a ground-up rebuild of our main product, omgyes.com. This included a redesign & re-architecture of our development stack, as well as the cloud architecture that served our 350,000 MAUs.In addition to the rebuild and product migration, I managed our team of engineers and contractors, and introduced new standards, protocols, and tools that allowed for more efficient and stable development.While the rebuild was taking place, our team also maintained active development and testing on the existing product.

While at B-Reel, I was responsible for planning, developing, and launching digital projects across all our digital landscapes. We specialized in web & mobile based interactive experiences, marketing campaigns, and experiential installations.My role was to work with the producer and creative teams to plan and scope projects from a technical perspective, and manage engineering teams during the planning and execution phase.Our projects ranged from short-term campaign initiatives, all the way through longer term application & platform builds.Along with the internal team we had across our 4 offices, I was responsible managing external partners and contractors used during production, as well as being a technical liaison for our ongoing client relationships.
