I’m happy to share that I’ve joined the PeopleMost team as the primary consultant for our client, Kuster North America, where I’ll be providing HR expertise for the rapidly growing North American Technology Center of a global engineering organization!

Greater Detroit Area

Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into the HR database system Create/update Standardize job descriptions for each role in the organization. Create/update standard operation manuals for each department. Assist Employees with internal/external position transfer requests. Assist with orientation with all new employees. Keeps records of benefit participation such as insurance, pension plan, personal transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance overviews, terminations, and employee status with governmental officials.

Maintained weekly gross and financial budgets. Planned and scheduled sales team, management meetings while implementing daily operations. Mentored sales representatives in developing strong rapport techniques with closing tools to maintain a successful sales relationship. Managed inventory with strong focus on LEAN software system. Awarded MVP/Directors awards/Leadership team.
