Director Client Services And Public Policy
Current• Responsible for the management of four (4) direct reports. The Client Services Manager who supervises the work of Client Services Counselors, the Contract Monitoring Manager who manages all of the subsidy contracts, the Quality Assurance Specialist who is responsible for quality and training standards and the Client Services administrative staff. • Responsible for setting goals for the department, evaluating and manage performance and building and maintaining a talented and engaged team.• Create and maintain a client-centric culture so that our families are and feel supported and ensure the customer service experience of the families we serve is exceptional. To create systems and processes that supports and prioritizes the needs of our families and adheres to the administrative and regulatory guidelines of our funders.• Monitor regulatory, budget, education code, legislative and other policy changes and updates and formally collaborate with Executive Director and agency program directors, and other appropriate senior staff to implement changes and policies. • Formulate, develop, and implement organization wide public policy platform and programs that will contribute to its overall success. • Advise Executive Director and agency program directors, staff and board on public policy development and direction. • Monitor Local, State and Federal Policy issues relating to the agency’s Mission. Develop a public policy platform for the agency and work with policy makers to implement our platform. Represents the organization to government agencies, community, and the public. Act on the Executive Director’s behalf in policy related matters or perform other duties as necessary. • Work with statewide organizations, workgroups, and key local, state, and federal policy makers to implement our policy platform.
