Assistant Manager - Operations Analyst
Current- Lead AOP operation metrics target-setting exercise, as well as methodology and final target alignment with global/regional ops leaders and global apparel solutions sites - Maintain and update operation metrics related to SOP in line with company strategy - Co-lead with global metrics team on-site self-auditor training, certification program, and audit result validation process to ensure metrics data collection and reporting are in line with SOP requirement - Drive site ownership to manage site audit schedule, plant leader engagement, and report-out meeting to all key stakeholders - Conduct on-site audits per requests to ensure compliance Lead projects related to process standardization, metrics improvement, best practice deployment, and on-need basis machine/headcount/process data analysis - Maintain and be responsible for any new printing equipment updates for productivity performance measurement
