Vireo Technology was launched in 2008 to help organizations build and deliver software by optimizing the people, product, and processes associated with product development and delivery.Our direction has sharpened over the years and the primary focus of our business today is to assist with technology diligence for small to midsize technology (and tech-enabled) businesses. We work with investment banks and private equity groups to facilitate buy-side tech diligence to identify and reduce risk. We also love working with founders and entrepreneurs to help their team through the process (sell-side tech diligence) in advance of fundraising or an exit.We have helped with all stages of product development for a wide variety of technology organizations (small, bootstrapped startups to public companies). Broad expertise including architecture, process, testing, application hosting and delivery, and leveraging cloud-based resources to increase performance and scale while maintaining security.
