As the Director of Player Development, I am responsible for the skill development for the players on our team. I work with players through video sessions and on ice practice. I am a part of the coaching staff and work with the other coaches on practice plans, strategies, and other day to day activities.

Athens, Ohio

As the video coach, my responsibilities included filming the games. Also during the game I was responsible for tracking the events that happened so we could look back at them later. We also broke down player's shifts so we can instruct them on how to improve their skills to help the team. We also worked together to make sure practice runs smoothly as we prepare for our next opponent.

Athens, Ohio

I worked for the hockey team in an analytics role. During the game me and a team tracked different statistics such as shots, block shots, hits, turnovers and more. In between periods we gave the coaches the data so they can make in game adjustments After the game we compiled all our data and analyzed it further. We gave our recommendations to the coaches along with all the data. The coaches then used our data to make adjustments for the following games.

Jacksonville, Florida

At the Icemen I was responsible for creating databases that we used for potential ticket sales. Along with creating databases, I participated in going out in the community and marketing for the team. This involved tabling at special events around the city and being an informant about the Icemen.

Ballwin, Missouri

On the golf side, I washed the golf carts and put them away for the night. I was also responsible for patrolling the course to make sure all the patrons were following the rules. Lastly I was put in charge of running the register of the concession stand and the front desk where I collected people's money while also closing out the register at the end of the day.I also was in charge of setting up the banquet center for events. I followed the layout of where to put tables and chairs for parties that rented out the banquet hall. After the party, I was tasked with cleaning up the mess left behind and putting all the equipment away in storage for future use.

Greater St. Louis Area

Me and the fellow interns prepared the stadium for the game by cleaning up the last nights mess. We used the leaf blower to clean up the dust, power washed the stands, cleaned the bathrooms, picked up trash, set up batting practice, set up tables and chairs for groups, and any other necessary task we saw fit. Along with that, we also helped fix any problems in the stadium such as broken seats, loose screws, and more. During the game me and the other interns had jobs that could range from running the will call table, managing the prize wheel, operating the scoreboard, checking tickets, and more. I also helped out with the marketing team as well. I helped toss out t-shirts to the crowd. Along with that I dressed up in multiple mascot costumes to perform different promotions that the team runs.
