About Eric Hollenbach

Before my first job in HR Technology, I was always fascinated with how people used technology in their day-to-day lives. Working in this industry for over a decade, I am fortunate enough to help others understand the value of technology in the workforce.After spending nearly 10 years on the consulting side at Lockton, I recently joined bswift as their Director of Consultant Relations. Having the unique perspective of working with hundreds of employers source, select, and implement the technologies that help them run their business, I work directly with bswift's executive leadership and sales teams to ensure our resources are aligning with our consulting partners for current and prospective clients.
