I work with various companies of varying size, helping to deliver various projects for a variety of clients, some of which include: XBox, Nike, Illy Tea, Whataburger, UPS, BrandLive (SaaS), Snapflow (SaaS), and PlayStation.

Had to resign due to some personal reasons.

In large part due to my product design exploration as a contractor, a new department was created at Dialpad. The purpose of this new team is to continually innovate brand and product design, bridge the design gap between teams, and, ultimately, create one design system to rule them all.

Worked with a team of talented designers, developers, strategists, and other UX designers on native & web apps, marketing websites, and physical experiences. Select projects:- Nike+ Trial Zone: Helped deliver the most digitally advanced true-to-sport product trialing experience ever. CX was defined through the creation of ~100 user journeys that communicated the cadence and cor­re­la­tion between the Trial Zone, the companion app, and the employee-consumer interaction. Also responsible for the UX and visual design of the companion controller app.- Starbucks Roast­ery: Worked with AKQA’s New Business Development team to find an opportunity where technology could enhance customer’s experience, leading to the creation of a smart tast­ing tray prototype that gen­tly nudges the con­sumer to take a sip of cof­fee when new fla­vor notes are present.Also: NRG, and additional work for Nike

Select projects:- Gogoro: Worked on the team that helped launch Gogoro in their pilot market, the mega-city Taipei. Helped define dig­i­tal visu­al iden­ti­ty, con­tent strat­e­gy, and UX of the web­site, con­fig­u­ra­tor, and online store. Worked directly with the Gogoro team on a solo work trip to Taipei.- Nixon Outsider: Worked on the UX and UI of the first smartwatch built for surfers and snowboarders, allowing the wearer to be alerted when optimal conditions arise.Also: Carbon3D, EA, Civiq Smartscapes, Intel, and Warner Bros.
