Led a cross-functional team and developed the strategy for Pfizer's Global Asian Alliance (GAA), a colleague resource group that aims to recruit, retain, develop, and advocate for colleagues of Asian descent while leveraging their unique perspectives and skills to further the company’s key business objectives

Developed and implemented a regulatory intelligence framework in order to support Pfizer's regulatory policy priorities. Intelligence deliverables included therapy area reports, trend analyses, intelligence alerts, and over 100 ad hoc research requests with actionable content and analysis.
