As the Senior Director of Service and Operations I am responsible for the day-to-day operating activities of Heartland ECSI, including revenue and sales growth, expenses, cost and margin control, monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall Heartland ECSI policies and objectives.• Work with Executive Director of Campus Solutions on strategic vision including fostering and cultivating client relations, as well as assisting and development and negotiations of contracts.• Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management.• Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objections and plans.• Assist in forming all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans;• Direct Heartland ECSI operations to meet budget and other financial goals.• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.• Participate in developing new business. Specifically assist the Executive Director of Campus • Assist in the design, management, and timely calculation of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries to the staff.• Oversee the maintenance of the inventory, all fixed assets including assets purchased with funding ensuring all are in accordance with Federal regulations.• Oversee facilities, contracts, maintenance requirements, any other required legal aspects• Oversee all legal document reviews with corporate counsel• Oversee and manage the Directors of the following departments: Application Development, Call Center Operations, Client Support, Finance, Human Resources & Training, Implementation, Marketing, Product Development, Production Processing, Production Support, Sales, and Technical Operations.

After passing the PGA's PAT in June of '97, I began work in the golf industry at a small rural country club. The following season I moved to Pittsburgh started as the 2nd assistant in charge of the outside staffing at Chartiers CC. I became the 1st assistant professional in 2000. My responsibilities and duties changed to the following handling the tournaments for the 700+ members, golf club repair, and management of the Golf Shop including the $250,000+ inventory. During my tenure I gave over 300 golf lessons and lead dozens of golf clinics including a Jr. golf camp each summer. While at Chartiers I competed in weekly tournaments within the Tri-State PGA section.

After college I decided to pursue a career in the golf industry. I had worked at TCC during my high school and college years as a pro-shop attendant. After graduating from Westminster College and playing in 3 NAIA National Championships I turned professional and passed the PGA's PAT. I became the first assistant golf professional at TCC. My duties included working on member tournaments, lessons, clinics, and day to day operations of the staff and golf shop itself.
