At Plug In Ventures, we empower Black and Latinx early-stage entrepreneurs to develop impactful products, build strong organizations, and scale effectively in their target markets. We achieve this through strategic mentorship, capital investments, and the expansion of professional networks. Since 2018, our program has supported over 115 founders and their teams. Looking ahead, the Board has set ambitious goals to expand resources, scale, and enhance the scope of the program, with the goal of permanently elevating the professional opportunities of the Black and Latinx entrepreneurial community.
