Concerto Software acquired Rockwell FirstPoint Contact in 2004. I have continued to support the development of the legacy FirstPoint Enterprise products as well as moving on to manage the configuration tools of the EnsemblePro product lines.

I worked as a team member on the development of the Enterprise Platform Administrator (EA) as well as on numerous other Call Center related applications. I was a Team Lead on the development of the Advanced Intelligent Router as well as a Technical Team Leader on the development of the FirstPoint Enterprise 10.0 product which introduced many new capabilities and features to the FirstPoint Enterprise product suite.

I was farmed out to several companies as a programming consultant. I worked for Goss Graphics, Swiss Bank and Rockwell Electronic Commerce.

I wore many hats as I worked to keep this company alive and viable. I Designed, programmed, sold, installed, and provided supported for the Netsimile Fax Server in several hundred of the top 1000 Law Firms in the US and Canada along with my partner Norman Lees who handled the bulk of the sales related work. The Netsimile Fax Server provided automated charge back and Telephony billing services to Law Firms. We had two years each with exclusive distribution contracts; one year with Danyl a leading manufacturer of payment system solutions based in New Jersey; and one year with ISI Infortext of Shaumburg Illinios.

Handled incoming money, updating of financial books, registration of incoming students, assisted in collection of applications and forms for foreign student seeking IT-20 status, and assisted in day to day operations of school.

This company was started to bring a device to market that could control access to and automatically track the pages being sent via a Fax machine. I worked on the hardware and software design of the Fax Control Device, and the computer Interface software that connected the device to the central collection computer as well as the telephone accounting software that provided the cost of each fax transaction.

I started as a salesman and quickly moved on to become the National Support Manager for the Eastern half of the US.

Business started to provide computer training for the Commodore 64 and IBM PC using the PaperClip & WordPerfect word processors.

I was the Sales Manager for the Computer Department at the Crazy Eddie's retail store located in Greenwich Village, NY.

Started in the mail room part-time then was moved to an assistant art director role.

This was my first company started with a classmate (Marc Perton) to produce robot's. Obviously we never cornered the Robotic's industry but it shows a pattern; I wanted to run a business in technology from as early as 4th Grade. Jameston is a merger of my name with my partners names James + Perton = Jameston. This partnership produced only one prototype which was made out of a tape recorder, cardboard and lots of tape,
