• Maintains dotted line responsibility to NA Director of Continuous Improvement.
• Using DMAIC methodology, statistical and lean tools, to leads department activities in Plant in order to improve processes.
• Documents and presents proposed projects to the Plant Manager and NA Director of Continuous Improvement for project approval.
• Provides timely communication of project progress and outcomes to the NA Director of Continuous Improvement according to established timelines.
• Provides Best Business Practice internal report.

• Manage assigned production supervisors to accomplish duties as laid out below.
• Ensure the production of products in accordance to product design specifications.
• Ensure the use of established quality production processes that meet documented product standards
• Ensure desired standard production rates and product yields are achieved from the use of raw materials.
• Timely output of product in response to customer orders.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all production equipment in the plant.

• Ensures that all machine equipment and operators are set-up properly to product quality parts at the required production rate.
• Ensures all operations are in compliance with all process standards, quality standards, operator instructions and packaging standards as posted on the Job Boards where applicable.
• Works with the Quality Department in maintaining the standard of quality, which is acceptable to our customer. Any deviations from that standard or from the quality must be reported immediately to the Quality Department.
• Ensures notification to the Quality Manager and Operations Manager any time that quality deviations affect the product output, or the quality issue cannot be corrected.
• Ensures that production and quality requirements are met.
• Ensures all employees follow all company policies and procedures for the proper operation of the department
